Ms. Jivaranee Nagarathanam

Ms Jivaranee has more than 17 years of experience in talent development and management, human resource development and training, academic organization management and new organization start up.

Currently, Ms Jivaranee is a Head of Human Resource in one of the Malaysia’s public private partnership medical based university focusing on the development of organization and individual excellence, professional training and development programs. This experience has given her a thorough understanding of the opportunities and problems involved with managing work, people and customers.

Ms Jivaranee has developed HR Module for MBA Healthcare, designed professional certificate course for international university, conducted leadership and employee development workshop.

Jiva’s emphasis is on fundamental tools and processes that help to transform organizations and position them where they want to be in terms of their education industry Human Capital.Ms Jivaranee is a versatile consultant which has given her competitive advantage especially in the present workplace conditions. She empowers people to increase their limits, level of commitment, higher level of performance of the individual, team and the organization in achieving organizational goals.

Ms Jivaranee graduated with Bachelor of Economics from University Putra Malaysia and Masters in Business Administration from University Science Malaysia. She is a certified HRDF trainer.
